AMARJIT UBHI has spent majority of his life in UK in the IT field involved with major Multi National Companies. For the last ten years he has been spearheading the operations for Forever Living Products in India. He got involved with the Direct Selling industry back in 1980 gaining firsthand experience as a distributor. This experience has been a blessing in disguise for him as the basis for heading this organisation in India. He believes that Direct Selling, or Network Marketing is one of the few avenues of hope for million seeking their own independence. He sees IDSA as a must for the MLM industry as a whole, giving its distributors and the public a sense of security from fraudulent companies. |

Yoginder Singh, Vice Chairman IDSA & Vice President - Legal & Corporate Affairs, Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. has a rich experience of over 15 years in the Corporate Sector. He started his career as a practicing Lawyer in the Supreme Court of India and is also a Company Secretary and a Management Graduate from IIM - Lucknow. He has worked for corporates like Max India and Installment Supply and has extensive knowledge of Finance, Pharma and I.T. industry. For the past six years he is working in the direct selling industry and championing the cause of legislation for direct selling industry in India. |

Chavi Hemanth has over 15 years of cross functional experience in areas like sales and marketing, profit center management & policy lobbying with corporates and governments at suitable platforms. She started her career with DHL & TNT Express Worldwide and went on to serve at Ravissant. Later she moved to Minnesota, USA for setting up office and business for an IT startup. Before joining IDSA, Chavi worked with FICCI for around 7 years where she led important portfolios like Retail, Auto retail, FMCG & FICCI Young Leaders Forum. Enhancement of membership base, service to industry, intellectual output, branding and launching platforms such as footfalls, WISC, ARTF, stood out as her contribution besides an all-encompassing fiscal discipline. At present she is the Secretary General of the Indian Direct Selling Association and her work revolves around promoting direct selling as a concept in India and activities related to efficient functioning of the Association. |

Amarnath Sen Gupta has worked for more than a decade in various reputed entities specializing in Audit, Assurance and Consultancy Services as rendered to leading corporate before joining Daehsan Trading as its Finance Manager in 2001. He was soon promoted as the Country Manager of Daehsan in Aug'2002. Since then he actively involved with Sales and Marketing, Operations, Administration and Legal Affairs. He was instrumental in turning Daehsan into one of the leading Direct Sales Companies in India and its three fold growth during the past 7 years. Mr. Sen Gupta holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. |

He has over 20 years of work experience across various industries including Heavy engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Metals and Metallurgical & Direct Selling in various facets of Finance and Commercial functions including Corporate finance, International finance, Treasury to name a few. He firmly believes that the Indian Direct Selling needs to be regulated as the industry has a lot to offer in terms of value proposition to the economy, distributors and ultimately to the end consumers. |
